Bolt Won The 4x100 Meter Relay Again At Last Sunday

Another major championship of Usain Bolt. He has proved his power again. He won the 4x100 meter Relay again at last Sunday. Is he Motion Emperor now? Now we can say that "He is the best athlete now".

Bolt has published his master plan after winning the 200 meter sprint at last Saturday. After crossing the finish line in 19.66 seconds now his main target to win Olympics in Rio de Janeiro at 2016. And he wants to be a legend like as Diego Maradona, Pelé, Michael Jordan.

He said: "My main target to continue my winning in the Rio Olympic. Until now it could not do anybody. The first step in fulfilling that aim to achieve global excellence. I've worked hard for the retention of gold. I stay unbeaten 100 and 00 meters after the Olympics are going to compete".

Usain Bolt said: “After 150 meters, you can tell if you’re going to win or not,”. “I looked across and saw Warren, who looked tired, checked my left and saw no one.
“I have a few more races to go this season and my coach (Glen Mills) told me not to push too hard if it was possible, so I backed off a little bit.”

Usain Bolt has shown the world  his superb sprinting art on Saturday by winning the 7th gold medal. Bolt has the record of 100 and 200 meter sprint. He created the record with in 9.58 and 19.19 seconds in the Berlin Olympic. he has no wish to break those records. Winning is his main view. He proved that in the yesterday. This fastest human won the 200 meter sprint easily. He saw others are so far from him when he crossing the finish line. Bolt could increase the speed. But he could not do this. He crossed the finish line willingly. He has made a new record of 200 meter of hat trick.

In the Berlin Olympic Championship 2009 Usain Bolt won gold from 100, 200 meter sprint and 4x100 meter Relay. Two years ago Bolt won gold from 200 and 4x100 meter Relay in Degu World Championship. He was disqualified for 'False Start' in the 100 meter sprint in these Championship. In this running Championship in the Moscow he won 2 gold from 100 and 200 meter sprint already. He has already won 7 gold. Today Bolt has the chance to draw level with this mark of eight world gold medals won by Carl Lewis and Michael Johnson once he races the 4x100m relay.
